By submitting artwork to this site, you expressly represent, warrant, and agree that: You are the sole creator and lawful owner of the submitted artwork, or you possess all necessary legal rights, licenses, and permissions to submit it. The artwork is completely original and does not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or any other intellectual property rights of any third party. Your submission does not violate any local, national, or international laws, and you have the full legal capacity and authority to grant the rights detailed below.

2. Grant of Rights (How the Art Can Be Used)
By submitting your artwork, you grant Democracy Builders a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to host, store, display, reproduce, distribute, and modify (solely for resizing or formatting purposes) the artwork on this website, associated digital galleries, and social media channels. You retain full ownership and copyright of your artwork. No compensation or royalties will be paid to you for this submission or its display.

3. Indemnification (Your Legal Protection)
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Democracy Builders, its members, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to any breach of the warranties above, including any third-party claims of copyright or trademark infringement regarding your submission.
